These terms apply to your use of glimbse.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site does

The Site presents Glimbse software products, AI agent services and ecosystem programmes, and lets you contact us by email. No purchases are made on the Site. Any engagement is governed by a separate written quote or agreement.

3. Listings and introductions

Glimbse reviews listings before publishing but cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied by third parties. Introductions between founders, investors, partners or talent are made for convenience; you are responsible for your own due diligence and decisions.

4. No investment or professional advice

Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Glimbse is not a broker, investment adviser or fund manager and does not hold or transfer funds.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit false, misleading or unlawful information, attempt to disrupt the Site, or use it to send spam.

6. Intellectual property

The Site content, product names and design belong to Glimbse. Ownership of purchased software is set out in the relevant agreement.

7. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Glimbse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the Site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
